Submission Categories:
To ensure smooth processing, all documents should only be submitted in WORD document (.doc or .docx) formats.

Abstract should be between 500-1000 words.

Full papers are 6000 words maximum.

Extended Abstract are 1500 words maximum.
Paper Submission:
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION, INCLUDING “NAME, UNIVERSITY, AFFILIATION, CONTACT ADDRESS, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, FUNDING RESOURCES, ETC.” IN THE “SUBMISSION” DOCUMENT. THIS CONFERENCE USES A DOUBLE-BLIND PEER REVIEW PROCESS.
Publication Options:
There will be four (4) publication options at the BEST Conference:

Conference Proceedings Publication: All authors who will submit a manuscript under any submission category to the BEST conference have the option to publish their one (1) page abstracts or extended abstract in the BEST Conference Proceedings.

Conference Book Publication:

Journal Publication: Authors of papers selected as Best Papers will be offered the opportunity to fast-track their submissions to a supporting journal of their choice. Please note that fast-tracking does not guarantee acceptance or publication, as all submissions remain subject to the journal’s standard peer-review process.

No Publication: Authors may opt-in for no publication at all.​

All manuscripts will be screened through Turnitin before publication. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% or any single source cited more than 2% (exceptions will be given to properly cited tables or scales) will NOT be published.

Authors are allowed to publish their abstract in the conference proceedings even if they submit their full paper to a journal or publish it as a book chapter.

Authors who elect to submit their manuscript to a journal are NOT allowed to publish their manuscript as a book chapter.

Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the formatting guidelines. It is required to download our Word templates and use them for your manuscripts. Please read the guidelines carefully. All formatting specifications are explained in this document so you can prepare your manuscripts accordingly. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in your manuscript not being published.
